Ecuador Extreme journey covers approximately 2.450 km. of riding distance and takes places among the central and southern territories, with a long route that covers the Amazon river basin and the Ecuadorian Andes, with the last leg covering the Pacific coast. It includes 2 resting days in Tena and Cuenca. The average riding distance covers a range between 240 km. and 400 km. on its longest stretch.

Day 1

Welcome dinner and safety briefing to discuss trip details.
day 1 a

Day 2

The group will travel from Quito to Tena. This 200 km trip offers a diverse road, full of curves with ascents and descents. The group will execute a mountain pass climbing to over 4.000 meters to rapidly descent to around 600 meters sign of the beginning of the experience on the Amazon basin.
day 1 b

Day 3

The riders start a free day in Tena, this is a chance to navigate in canoes through the Napo river and experience excursions in the rain forest.
day 2

Day 4

The group rides to Macas through windings roads crossing the amazon basin, the scenery on this roads offer the riders a beautiful green scenery with plenty of rivers.day 3

Day 5

The riders will continue out to Zamora along the Amazon basin with breathtaking views of diverse vegetation.
day 4

Day 6

Will ride back to the highlands in the Andes arriving to Vilcabamba, also known as the valley of longevity. People in this lovely place are know for living longer periods of time compared to the rest of the world.

Day 7

Will continue through the sierra to Cuenca. This city was declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 1999.
day 6

Day 8

During the seventh day we will stay in Cuenca for resting and we will have a chance to visit its old historic downtown. We commence the trip to Cajas National Park.day 7

Day 9

The group will ride north through the The Andean region until reaching Riobamba, a city located right on the base of Ecuador’s highest mountain named Chimborazo, with an altitude of 6310 meters above sea level.
day 8

Day 10

The riders take towards Montañita, a surfers beach on the ecuadorian coast, to get there we will climb up to around 3800 meters and rapidly descend to sea level.day 9

Day 11

The tenth day brings a short ride through the "Ruta del Sol". Before dawn we’ll reach a great seafood restaurant and visit one of Ecuador's most beautiful beaches in the Machalilla National Park - Los Frailes.

Day 12

The trip continues north on the "Ruta del Sol" an amazing winding road will put our machines to the test while riding along Ecuador's Pacific coast will beautiful water and land scenery until we reach Jama.
day 11 aday 11 b

Day 13

We head back to Quito, along diverse roads that take us back to the Highlands.

Day 14

The group takes a guided tour of Quito’s colonial downtown know for being is the largest colonial historic center in America.
day 13

Day 15

The fourteenth day we can start an Optional Galapagos tour.
